Judy L Byram

March 24, 1953 - August 5, 2021

Mrs. Judy L. Byram went to be in the loving arms of our Lord on August 5, 2021. She was born March 24, 1953 in Nashville, AR. She was an avid worker in and for her community. She worked many years at Hooks Elementary School, where she graced the lives of so many students, whom she adored. Mrs. Byram is preceded in death by her mother and father, Lavern Joyce Lovewell and Lewis Leon Murchison, one sister, Joyce Louise Murchison, beloved mother and father-in-law, James and Dorothy Byram and one son, Tommy Gene Shelly. She is survived by loving husband, Randall Lee Byram of Hooks, Tx, four brothers and three sisters-in-law, William “Bill” and Vickie Murchison, Dennis and Patty Murchison of Hooks, TX, Tony Murchison of Texarkana, AR and Richard and Georgie Murchison of Texarkana, five children, Michael Lee Shelly of Hooks, TX, Alicia Brown and husband, Kelly of Hooks, TX, Angie Bowen and husband Jimmy of Redwater, TX, Shane Byram and Candi Willett of Texarkana, TX and Gary Shelly of Lone Star, TX, daughter-in-law, Kim Shelly, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown. A graveside service will be Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 10:00 at Marvin Cemetery in Foreman with Bro. Joe Davidson officiating.
