Mary Bell Mullins, 92, of Ashdown, AR passed away January 12, 2021 in Garland, TX. She was born August 5, 1928 in Ben Lomond, AR to the late George and Mary (Irvin) Leathers. Mrs. Mullins was a member of Central Baptist Church is Ashdown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Mullins and one son-in-law, Greg Gilbert. She and Pete would have been married 68 years on Sunday, January the 17th. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Sandy Gilbert of Sherwood, AR and Penny Mullins Boyd and husband, Seth of Garland, TX, two grandchildren, Amber Blevins and Autumn and Adam Heard and four great-grandchildren, Kel and Kasen Gist and Addison and Ashlyn Heard. An informal visitation will be Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 1:00 - 9:00 at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown. Funeral services will be Sunday, January 17, 2021 at 2:00 at the funeral home with a visitation one hour prior to services. Rev. Don Embry will be officiating. Interment to follow at Ashdown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Central Baptist Church 261 Commerce Ashdown, AR 71822.
