Michael Mullins, 54, of Ashdown, AR passed away Monday, March 28, 2022 in Texarkana, TX. He was born December 23, 1967 in Brownwood, TX to Harold and Gail (Perkins) Mullins. Survivors include his wife, LaQuita Mullins of Ashdown, parents, Harold and Gail Mullins of Brownwood, TX, one son and daughter-in-law, Royce and Ashley Mullins of Ashdown, one daughter and son-in-law, Marli and Josh Thomson of Ashdown, one sister and brother-in-law, Roycelynn and Roddy Geron of Bangs, TX and five grandchildren, Oakleigh, Whitley, Ellie and Josie Thomson and Savannah Mullins. Michael was the best husband, father, and Peepaw this world has ever seen. He gave us all he had and then some. He is now actually “just peachy” with Jesus and knows no sickness or pain. From hunting hummingbirds, teasing his sister, keeping up with Quita, fixing whatever Marli broke, and trying to give Royce advice, he lived a full life. He leaves behind a huge hole in our hearts and his beloved cat, Sweet Nibblets. Visitation will be Thursday, March 31, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 at First Assembly of God Church in Ashdown. Services will be at the church on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 2:00 with Bro. Joe Martinez officiating.
