Pamela Webb, 59, of Foreman, AR passed away May 28, 2020 at her home. She was born June 11, 1960 in Texarkana, AR to the late Jack and Dorothy (Thompson) Duncan. She is preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Survivors include her husband, Walter Webb of Foreman, one son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Janel Webb of Texarkana, TX, one daughter and son-in-law, Brittany and William Cooksey of Texarkana, AR, one brother, Todd Duncan of Atlanta, TX, two sisters, Anna Cordray of Miami, Ok and Betty Jo Poole of Foreman, AR and eight grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
