Shirley F Tollett Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Shirley F. Tollett was born August 6, 1935 to her parents Frances Stite and Leona Eames Stite in Eureka Springs, AR. She and her spouse Howard Tollett were residents of Wilton, AR for over 40 years. Seven months ago they moved to Rudy, AR to live near their son Mark due to health issues, Shirley died Sunday, February 20, 2022 at her residence in Rudy, AR at the age of 86. Shirley was a homemaker and a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Wilton, AR. They began to worship at 88 Freewill Baptist Church in Rudy after they moved., She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and two sons, Duane Tollett and Gary Tollett. Survivors include her husband, Howard Tollett of Rudy, AR, a son and daughter-in-law Mark and Pam Tollett of Rudy, AR; one brother, Harley Faulkner of Eureka Springs, AR, four (4) grandchildren as well as some great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, February 25, 2022 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown, AR. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Wilton, AR with Chris Clayton officiating. Interment will be at Wilton Cemetery at Wilton, AR. Pallbearers are Dennis Sharp, Jonathan Huddleston, Leslie Huddleston, Josh Huddleston, George Huddleston and Charles Clayton. Arrangments are by Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown, AR.
