William “Billy Bob” R. Daniel, 87, of Ashdown, AR passed away June 10, 2022. He was born February 26, 1935 in Ashdown, AR to the late Olaf Spencer and Dorothy (Sessions) Daniel. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Spencer Daniels. Billy Bob was a Navy veteran and worked for G.T.E. phone company as a switching technician. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his son Doug (Mary) Daniel of Ashdown, one daughter Connie Jones of Ashdown, one brother David Daniel of Texarkana AR, and one sister in law Gerry Daniels, three grandchildren, Shelly Kidder, Blake Daniel of Columbus, MS, and Mary Katherine Utz, four great grandchildren, Kyler Kidder, Anna Kidder, Will Daniel, and Daxton Daniel, one great great grandson William Grady and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday June 12, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown AR . Service will be Monday June 13, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown with Carlos Trapp officiating. Interment to follow at Ashdown Cemetery.
