William S Lummas, 91, of Ashdown, AR, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021 in a local nursing home. He was born June 11, 1929 in Bloomburg, TX to the late Charles and Cora (Lutz) Lummus. Mr. Lummus served in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his wife, Luda Fay Lummus. Survivors include on daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Jeff Cooper of Ashdown, two grandchildren, Justin and Jenny Cooper and Derek Cooper, two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Aubree Cooper and Pace Cooper and one great-great-grandchild, Emmerson Cooper. Visitation will be Friday, January 15, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown. A graveside service will be Saturday at 10:00 at Ashdown Cemetery with Travis Young officiating.
